I can send you documentation of proof that they charged my account again. My bank had to cancel my card so this company won't charge me again which was a major inconvenience to me. I am an honest person and just want them to stop doing this. I would have no reason to come to you if this hadn't of happened again. If this is the case then why is it they never return my emails or phone calls when I leave how to reach me to discuss? My bank can give you proof or I can also but my bank right now has had to put in a dispute for the unapproved charges from this company. They need to go back and look at their records. I have proof from my bank where they charged me $199.00 yet again in January of 2015. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
